Within the group, Human Work is an operating company specializing in the introduction and retention support of foreign talent, including Specified Skilled Workers. We are taking on the new field of foreign talent while inheriting the B2B sales capabilities, corporate networks, and talent matching expertise the group has cultivated over 20 years.

Our greatest strength is the establishment of our own group's local subsidiary, "Mega Mirai India Private Limited," in India as a sending organization. By placing a base directly in India rather than relying on external partners, our group consistently manages the sourcing, selection, education, and travel preparation of talent.

Domestically, we provide corporate matching and acceptance support based on the extensive corporate network and recruitment track record of the MEGA Group and Human Work. Overseas, Mega Mirai India conducts local talent development, Japanese language education, and technical training. This two-way backup system between Japan and abroad is the source of our integrated support that goes beyond just "introducing" talent.
